How do I apply to book an in-school presentation?

What is the deadline for booking the presentation?
Bookings for the 2015-2016 School Year have now closed. Please check back in September for booking dates for the 2016-2017 school year. For more information, please email email@example.com
What is my cost?
$500 per presentation
Are there any subsidized rates available?
We are able to offer a limited amount of subsidized workshops at no cost to the school. Please contact our office to see if your school qualifies.
When is my booking confirmed?
Once we receive your notification that you would like to have a presentation you will be contacted by our office within 2 school days to discuss and confirm your booking.
When do I pay?
Once we have contacted you to confirm the date of your presentation, an invoice will be sent to you. The invoice must be signed and returned to us to secure your booking. The invoice can be sent to us by:

All invoices must be paid prior to the performance taking place at your school.
If alternate payment arrangements need to be made, please inform our office.
How Can I pay?
Cheque: Payable to the Canadian Ballet Youth Ensemble
Credit card: Visa, Mastercard (please note that a 2% service charge will apply)
Can I make changes to my booking?
If you need to change the date of your booking you must contact our office a minimum of 5 days in advance of your scheduled date. There is NO guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request, however, we will do our best. A $25.00 administrative fee will apply for any modifications to your original booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds once your presentation has been booked, however, we will do everything in our power to reschedule your booking or offer a credit towards a future presentation.
How many students can take part in a presentation?
The max amount of students in a presentation is 100. If you would like more children in a presentation an extra fee will apply.
Can I book more than one presentation?
A maximum of two presentations in one day can be booked. If two presentations are booked in the same day the cost of the second workshop is an additional $300.
What grade level is the presentation targeting?
Where does the presentation take place?
The presentation takes place in your school auditorium.
How long is the presentation?
The presentation is 1 hour in length.
How can teachers assist in the student’s development in dance?
After the presentation teachers are encouraged to discuss with the students the opportunities that are available to them for pursuing their interest in dance as it pertains to ballet.
